Give the gift of a custom design or credit towards your loved one's choice of an existing piece.
Gift certificates do not expire and are good towards any piece of your choosing or an entirely new design. Upon ordering a certificate can be mailed or a high resolution PDF emailed to you for printing.

Gift Certificate Policies
- Gift certificate codes are unique and can be used only once.
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change for unused differences can be issued.
- Lyn Jewelry is not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission of the purchaser or intended recipient.

Return Policy for Custom Pieces
Custom pieces are created just for you and NOT eligible for return or exchange, if there is an issue with your order please reach out and we can discuss available options.
Return Policy for Stock Purchases
Stock designs have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
