What if I bought the wrong ring size?
Rings can typically be resized within 15 business days of receiving them back to the studio.
Can we reuse my gold and gemstones?
Absolutely YES!
Your heirloom gold can be combined with fresh gold and reused in the casting of the new piece.
Gemstones can always be used unless broken or chipped to a point that would cause long term durability issues. All gems will be inspected and photographed upon arrival to the studio and any issues will be brought to your attention immediately.
Do you warranty your work?
All of my work is warrantied for normal wear and tear towards any issues within the first year. Beyond that we can discuss repair options for any issues that may arise.
I cannot warrantee against any excessive damage or obvious hard wear and tear.
Will I receive an insurance appraisal?
Any item valued over $1,000.00 will come with an appraisal for insurance purposes. The appraisals include a detailed description of the piece, as well as a detailed breakdown of any gemstones. Jewelry can generally be insured through your homeowners or renters insurance, or through a single item policy through your provider.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned
Stock purchases can be returned or exchanged within 10 days as long as the item is in excellent condition.
- I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase. When your return is accepted I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.
