Returns & Exchanges

• Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned
• Accommodations can be made under special circumstances, if you need to discuss please email terran@lynjewelrydesign.com
• Stock purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as the item is in excellent condition.

What if I bought the wrong ring size?

• Rings can typically be resized within 15 business days of receiving them back to the studio. 

Will I receive an insurance appraisal?

• Any item valued over $1,000.00 will come with an appraisal for insurance purposes. The appraisals include a detailed description of the piece, as well as a detailed breakdown of any gemstones. Jewelry can generally be insured through your homeowners or renters insurance, or through a single item policy through your provider.

Are your gems conflict free?

• Absolutely! Yes, I participate in the “Kimberly Process” protocol and work only with legitimate, honest, and trusted sources.
